In late 2024, a pharmaceutical client approached innoVia with the hosting a first-of-its-kind medical leaders meeting that would communicate a new direction in patient storytelling. They needed a partner that could develop a theme to communicate this vision across various sessions and presentations. With only two months, innoVia set out to craft a meeting theme bringing our clients vision to life.
We identified a creative partner to help us accomplish the creative endeavor within an expedited timeframe. We then had weekly planning calls, developed strict timelines, and prepared visuals to show our step-by-step process to ensure we could make it to opening day of the meeting. The expedited process involved managing expectations and creating documentation that outlined what could be reasonably created in our allotted timeframe.
Together with our meeting planning partners, we delivered a new message on patient storytelling to energize doctors and patient advocates, while also celebrating these leaders in the medical community. Delivering custom presentation templates, branded signage, graphics, content management, video, and theme creation. Through thoughtful consultation we were able to give confidence to our clients for this first ever leaders meeting.
