Boston Scientific’s National Meeting for the Watchman device was a one-day meeting for physicians to share and discuss ideas. The setup included a ground-supported super-wide screen, scenic pieces, and iPad integration to better engage attendees and gather real-time feedback. This meeting, given its nature, had to be replicated across the country, so we heavily relied on our partners for consistency and execution excellence.
