In a market saturated with different meeting software and applications, innoVia needed to develop a strategy for virtual events that aligned with our clients’ meeting specific ROI. Understanding that there is not a “one-size-fits-all” platform, innoVia opted for a “platform agnostic” approach to producing virtual events.

This approached allowed us to have flexibility in the services offered while providing consistency through planning and execution. We in turn became a “one-size-fits” solution for our clients providing programming, technical, and production support. Since 2020, innoVia has executed over 300 virtual events ranging from small webinars to large education conferences. Most notably, we’ve supported an annual educational conference since 2020 involving 35+ daily breakouts, a virtual exhibit hall, and networking capabilities.

Our success in the virtual space has allowed out clients to expand their global audiences, provide more variety in sponsorships, and prevented meeting cancelations due to travel restriction. As advancement in the virtual meeting space continues, innoVia will remain at the forefront offering unique solutions to our partners.
